Serial Number Location
The serial number is located on the back of the flywheel housing. When asked for the serial number of your BikeErg, this is the number to use.
The serial number contains three groups of numbers separated by dashes. The first group of numbers represents the PM5 serial number, the second group represents the date of manufacture and the third group is the Concept2 part number.
